Urging citizens not to buy state-owned land and buildings planned to be sold through open tender system by the privatization commission of the terrorist State Administration Council (SAC) and warning that these land and buildings possessed from this sale will be confiscated as public property

1. The terrorist State Administration Council (SAC) is not only an illegitimate body who took over power owned by the people of Myanmar unlawfully and also a terrorist organization to which many governments across the world including the United Nation have not recognized as a legitimate government.
2. It is reportedly learnt that privatization commission under the control of the SAC is planning to sell totally 23 numbers of state-owned land and buildings in Kachin, Mon, Shan State, Sagaing, Tanintharyi, and Bago Region by holding open tender sale.
3. As the ultimate owner of all state-owned land and buildings is the people partaking in the country, the unrepresentative terrorist SAC and its affiliated body have no right to manage and sell these land and buildings.
4. Therefore, the Ministry hereby urges all not to buy this property as attempting to sell state-owned land and buildings through open tender system is an illegal act conducted by the SAC and also warn that all land and buildings possessed from this sale will be confiscated as public property.
