Law Amending the Gambling Law (First Amendment)

The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw hereby enacts “Law Amending the Gambling Law (First Amendment)” submitted by the Ministry of Planning, Finance and Investment of the National Unity Government of Myanmar for the following objectives-

“Objective of Amending the Gambling Law (first amendment)”

1. To complement and consolidate people victory over complete failure of “Aung Balay Lottery” system run by the terrorist military council due to the nationwide boycotting campaign through “Spring Lottery, Toward Victory” lottery system of the National Unity Government.

2. To prove the fact that no one with weapon power can oppress people solidarity by establishing “Spring Lottery, Toward Victory” lottery system.

3. To provide effective support to the civil servants who are joining Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) unwaveringly, steadfastly, and zealously for the emergence of Federal Democracy, eradicating dictatorship system out of Myanmar soil.

4. To be in line with the existing legislation when implementing “Spring Lottery, Toward Victory” lottery system by the National Unity Government as the legitimate and elected government.
